Does the TRANSFER CALL function in vapi limits only to one call forwarding number?

I added 4 forwarding numbers /destinations ( 4 Departments )but it only transfers to the first number assigned. 😩 Please send me article or videos tutorial on how to fix this.

Vapi's transferCall function supports multiple forwarding numbers, and you can configure it to transfer to any of them based on your logic. If it's always transferring to the first number, it may be due to how your assistant is set up or how the destination parameter is being selected. You have to add custom tool for transfer call and add destination numbers there so as to transfer call to multiple numbers.
