End_Call Function
Hey @Support.Voice-Agent,
Also, I could really use some help with the end_call function.
It doesn’t seem to be working properly on my side — even when I trigger it, the call doesn’t end as expected.
I also tried using it with values and conditions, but then the assistant ends up saying the closing message twice and still doesn’t hang up.
Is there a guide or best practice on how to use the endCall tool correctly?
Would really appreciate any pointers or examples 🙏

Hey! To help track down this issue, could you share:
- The call ID
- When exactly this happened (the timestamp)
- What response you expected to get
- What response you actually got instead

Hey man, for me it worked to enable it and tell in the System Prompt to the agent when to hang up. I'm not sure if it's the official way, but it make sense by now.
Something like: "After finishing the booking, ask the customer if they need anything else. If the customer doesn't need more help, say bye properly and hang up"
