Silence Timeouts & No Transcripts

We've having issues with a lot of silence timeouts over the past two days (very unusual amount), and have noticed most of these calls are also not sending transcripts. Testing the calls ourselves though, the assistant actually does start to engage in a conversation and caller speaks back, but then randomly hangs up and no transcript is recorded at all. Could this attached default setting be causing the issue?
