videoRecordingURL missing for multiple calls, even when assistant has recording enabled

we keep running into this issue for multiple calls. the assistants we create have video enabled, but often the videoRecordingURL is missing. this is required for our product, so the entire call becomes unusable when this is missing

also, user is unable to make VAPI call with camera off, so camera is always enabled

other calls with the same assistant have the videoRecordingURL, but the one above doesn't have it

This is a known issue: sometimes the videoRecordingEnabledvideoRecordingEnabled flag is not set to true for specific calls, even if video recording is enabled for the assistant, which results in a missing videoRecordingURLvideoRecordingURL. The Vapi team is aware of this inconsistency, but there is no documented fix or workaround yet. As a next step, you can check the artifact_planartifact_plan for each call to confirm if videoRecordingEnabledvideoRecordingEnabled was set to true, and report affected call IDs to Vapi support for further investigation.
