VAPI not saying idle message
I have configured the following in VAPI assistant
Idle Message: Are you still there?
Max Idle Messages: 3
Idle Timeout: 9
AI ended the following call, and the reason for the call ending is 'Silence Timed Out.' The AI did not say the idle message not even once. Could you please let me know if there are any other settings I should choose to fix this issue?
