VAPI squad not working, not transferring the call
I have been using VAPI squad calls for a few months and never faced this issue, but for the past few days, the squad is just not working
My enquiry agent is not forwarding the call to the appointment agent and is trying to book the appointment itself, which is not what it should be doing.
