Vapi call forwarding not working

I have set up Vapi assistant to transfer call with the call forwarding option and also tried the transfer tool. They were working but they stopped about 2 days ago. Now the call just hangs up when it says it's transferring and is supposed to transfer, it doesn't, it just hangs up.
Has anyone been able to fix this?
