Unexpected User Speech during User Silence
Hello,
I am experiencing a strange behaviour during calls.
I noticed that the Agent at some point stop talking and start the sentence from scratch. Looks like that the agent thinks that it's interrupted by user, but it's not.
Moreover, i checked the transcription and i can get confirmation of that, since i can see strange sentences like "go to home page" or "use the one on bottom right" that it's present as user speech, but the user never said (he was silent).
How can i prevent this issue?
As an example, below the info of a call with this problem:

first repetition time -> 1:26
secondo repetition time -> 3:07
