I have connected my KB to trieve but now my AI is just reading the system prompt

I have crawed a website in trieve and connected this as my KB but when assigning the KB to my assistant the voice pratically just reads the system prompt and all intelligence appears to have been lost.

I sincerely apologize for the delayed response to your support request.
