Using Other Providers than Twilio or Vonage

Good morning,
I see that in the documentation, regarding the providers that route calls, only Twilio or Vonage are mentioned.
Is it possible to integrate an outgoing call assistant with different providers such as Messagenet or a SIP trunk created by me with Colt as PSTN?
If the answer is yes, is there a guide of yours on what characteristics it must have?

Gateway IP is your Twilio SIP username for authenticating source of SIP calls.
