SI am connecting to this thread. As I see in the provided documentation always Twilio number is needed for inbound calls. But basically I don't want to call Twilio number. Let me explain why: my client is from Bahrain, so if the inbound call is coming to him we can redirect it to another number with VAPI assistant but this number should be Babraini number to avoid international calls charge. However Twilio doesn't provide Bahraini numbers and doesn't suport parking Bahraini SIP. I have a Bahraini SIP number - is it possible to connect it to VAPI directly?

DYou need a SIP provider basically local telephony which has given you Bahraini number and then you can connect it with Vapi. Twilio is here a barely an example to showcase how to use SIP with Vapi.
Dhey @Igor create a new support ticket, which can help document the process to connect SIP with Vapi for Babraini number. Also did you got chance to check Telnyx?
SOK, created. Telnyx has the same limitations as Twilio. I checked it already
