Ended Reason : Unknown Error

This problem was occured when we tried to have phone inbound with the AI agent, in the call log details, it said "An error occurred in this call: unknown-error", we have +32 phone number from Twillio and call it from +212 number, when we call the AI agent it the AI caller is not triggered and the call hang up directly

I've tried removing the number and then adding it back, but the problem still persists

I am tried to call it from ringover website it did work, but it is not the case when tried to call by phone number directly to the AI agent

I am trying to call it with +33 number and it's worked, I think the problem was from +212 number
