DTMF keys not being recognized
In many calls, for example
Expected result:
Press 4, reach next level of IVR / transferred to agent
Actual result:
Press 4, nothing happens, menu repeats
ba2c1c2d-f92e-4f1f-b983-d33304b92546, a DTMF key function call is made but the phone tree is not successfully navigated. We have tried this phone tree as humans and it works fine.Expected result:
