transferCall does not forward the call
I have set up a transferCall function with a single destination phone number. Made sure that no other events except the end-of-call report are being sent to the server URL. However, upon asking the assistant to transfer the call, it acknowledges it and a transferCall tool call is made (seen in logs), however, the call immediately disconnects without forwarding it.
