Can't upload documents to the knowledge base
I've been trying to upload some documents to my knowledge base but, for some reason I can't. It keeps saying the same error "File Uploaded Failed, File Is Required". I already tried changing the format (PDF, Word), and removing images from the files, and nothing works. Please help.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with uploading documents to your knowledge base. It sounds like you've already tried a few troubleshooting steps, which is great. Let's try to resolve this together.
Firstly, could you please confirm if you are following the correct procedure for uploading documents and that the file size is within the allowed limits? Additionally, ensure that your internet connection is stable during the upload process.
If you've confirmed all of the above and the issue persists, there might be a temporary problem with the service or it could be related to specific settings in your account that need to be adjusted.
To assist you further, I may need some additional information:
1. The exact steps you are taking to upload the documents.
2. The size of the files you are trying to upload.
3. Any specific error codes or messages, besides the one you've mentioned, that appear.
Once I have this information, I'll do my best to provide you with a solution or the next steps to take. If the issue is beyond my capabilities, I may direct you to contact support for more specialized assistance.
You can continue this conversation by mentioning me in the message.

1. Drop my file or select it from my laptop
2. The size of my document is 178.54 KB, and the format is PDF
3. The only errors that appear are the ones that I previously mentioned
@Diego Gg
Thank you for providing the additional details. The file size of 178.54 KB and the PDF format should normally be acceptable for uploads. Since you're still encountering the "File Uploaded Failed, File Is Required" error, it might be an issue with the platform itself or a temporary glitch.
Here are a few more steps you can try:
1. Ensure that your browser is up to date. Sometimes outdated browsers can cause compatibility issues.
2. Try using a different browser to see if the issue persists.
3. Clear your browser's cache and cookies, as these can sometimes interfere with website functionality.
4. Make sure that JavaScript is enabled in your browser, as many upload features depend on it.
5. Disable any browser extensions that could be blocking the upload process, such as ad blockers or security plugins.
6. If possible, try uploading the document from a different computer or network to rule out local issues.
If none of these steps resolve the problem, it may be best to reach out to the support team for the knowledge base platform you're using. They might be aware of any ongoing issues or have specific solutions for your situation.
Would you like me to guide you on how to contact the support team or is there anything else I can assist you with right now?
