Unable to make calls in dashboard "Error: Exiting meeting because room was deleted"

Hi, I'm following the instructions in https://docs.vapi.ai/quickstart/dashboard but when I try to make a call in the dashboard I keep getting this error "Error: Exiting meeting because room was deleted". When I examine the call logs it says "no microphone permission". But when I look at the site settings in Chrome, microphone permissions are enabled. Attaching screenshots. Any idea how I can fix this? Thanks in advance!

Issue persists in Chrome incognito. But it's working in Safari. Any idea what could be going on? Thanks!

Issues still persists in Firefox, Opera, Chrome, Edge (with and without VPN, with and without Incognito mode)
