I'm running into a platform-level issue. No workflows on my account can run
Workflow ID: 75048226-4432-4211-9c5a-0062977f169d
Problem: Even a brand new, single-node test workflow (ID: bdf61f0a-f17f-467f-893b-ee95ab75d796) fails instantly when I test it in the dashboard
Error: Exiting meeting because room was deleted.
This is not a workflow logic, LLM, or voice issue. It seems like my account is unable to start any call. Can you please investigate?

Call log says “Assistant Did Not Receive Customer Audio” — no audio plays, and When testing in the dashboard: The call fails instantly with a no-room error "Exiting meeting because room was deleted"
Tried switching voice, LLM, and transcriber, same result.
The problem persists. The workflow seems to be failing before the first node can even run.
Can you please look into my workflow logs? OR TELL ME WHY IT'S HAPPENING...
