Intercept Audio Stream with React Native App

Hi, we are using the React Native App for Vapi. We are looking to make an animation that is reactive to the sound coming out of Vapi, so the assistants voice. We can't find a way to see / intercept the actual audio stream so we can make something react to it. Is there any way to do this?
