Vapi appointment booking bot build

Hey guys, trying to just make a simple Vapi appointment booking bot and they updated the system so it broke my other one haha.

Does anyone have a video or walkthrough of how to actually make one. Seems like it should be simple

But really is there a tutorial to make a simple appointment booking bot with vapi.

All the ones I've watched are outdated so I'd like to make sure their working, I have 50 clients to build for on it and just need one example of it actually working that I can replicate lol.

Then literally all of them can start their outbound campaigns.

Appreciate the help @Shubham Bajaj I love vapi and really want to just get one appt build up that I can replicate for the clients vapi + make, vapi + ghl, really anything that just books the appt!!!

Meanwhile:

create assistant
write your prompt using https://docs.vapi.ai/prompting-guide
create a test tool and give tool description as usage/purpose, expected inputs and output
use keywords such as " trigger the <tool_name> tool" to trigger or call the tool
send the response in expected format https://docs.vapi.ai/tools-calling
once this all is done proceed create checking_slots and booking_slot tools.
