Trying to create tools *fails - wont allow me to create

I was going to create these functions and that functionality doesn't work anymore and the tools wont allow me to create.
Please help me either create the tool that would allow me to have these functions.
I am using vapi + make.com to create a appointment setting bot.
times: The user's requested appointment time.
name: the user's name.
descr: The user's description of the purpose of the appointment.
email: The user's email.
startTime: Start time of the slot you want to book. The date and time must be formated like this example:2024-04-18T12:00:00.000000+03:00

Use this function to check Nour's availability.
times: The user's requested appointment time.

Use this function to book the appointment, after having checked for the slot's availability.

descr: The user's description of the purpose of the appointment.
email: The user's email.
