"An error occurred in this call: unknown-error"

One of my users had an error at the end of a long web call, our webhook hasn't been notified and there is no transcript:

It's an error on Vapi side: "An error occurred in this call: unknown-error"
Please I need the transcript of this interview and to be reassured this error won't happen again or at least have the webhook notified of the error.
