Real latency is way different

Example of call: ce5e7817-cb46-4bfa-a0e5-35c1d3a08439

The dashboard mentions 950ms Latency for phone calls through Vonage but it takes at least 3 seconds.
It similar with Web calls.
Please, check where the issue comes from.

It is an approximate value, not the actual latency.

@Sahil Got it. Tho, the real latency is 3x bigger than the estimation.
