showing something went wrong on the billing page

I have exceeded my monthly usage limit tho i kept it very small for testing purposes but now I want to increase it but billing and usage is saying something went wrong, please refresh the page but after refreshing the page several times also I'm not able to increase it,

Yes, the thing is we don't manage the payment system. It is being managed by Stripe, which is being used by most of the company. I will be happy to tell you the exact error thrown from the Stripe side if you provide me with your email address
