Improper transfer of the call.

Following is the transcript of the call.

As you can see, the call gets transferred when it shouldn't have been.
I am facing this issue quite often with gpt-3.5-turbo and also with gpt-4-0125-preview

In the prompt I have mentioned that the bot should transfer the call only if the user qualifies certain criteria.
