Is it possible to build this with Vapi?

I'm working on a flow where I need to guide users through a multi-step process:

Collect the user's name
Obtain their unique ID
Ask for a 3-digit number
Depending on the 3-digit number provided, I need to take different actions:
If an incorrect number is given, transfer the call to a live agent
If the correct number is provided, share non-sensitive account information with the user.
Can I play predefined messages?

Is it possible to build this type of conditional, step-by-step flow within the Vapi.ai platform?
