endCall triggering a canned message
Hi,
It feels like all my assistants are ending the call exactly the same. It seems to be related to the endCall function. When that function is called, the assistant every time exactly says:
"Thank you for providing all this valuable information. We'll make sure to use it to serve you better. Have a great day!"
Even when my assistant is only allowed to speak a specific language, it still says that English message when ending the call. Is this a hard-coded message in the endCall function? Is there a way to override it? My prompt tells the assistant the end the call in a different way.
