Can't initiate a call from VAPI
Hello! I'm new to VAPI
1. Created account
2. Added SIP Trunk
3. Added phone number
4. Pressing "Make a call" on phone number page
Every call drops to "Customer Busy" , so I don't even get a call on my phone for test
Also tried to initiate a call with API. Result the same 🙁

Suggestion:
Double-check that the destination phone number you are calling is in the correct international format (including country code) and is reachable outside of Vapi.
You can quickly test this by calling the number directly from your phone. If the number is busy or unreachable, Vapi will also show "Customer Busy" as the ended reason.
If the number works outside Vapi, please share your call ID and timestamp with support for deeper investigation.
