Credits Usage
In the dashboard, I can see usage by minutes whereas topup is using credits. How would I know how many credits I have used based on the minutes?
LThey’re two different units — “minutes” describes time used while “credits” is what you’re billed — so to convert you need the credits-per-minute rate for the specific model/feature you used (this rate appears on your pricing/billing page or in the dashboard tooltips). Conversion is simply: credits used = minutes used × credits_per_minute (adjust for seconds if the rate is per second and for any rounding or free allowance). If you can’t find the rate in the dashboard, look at the product/pricing page for your plan or contact support and provide the date/model so they can tell you exactly how many credits correspond to those minutes.
KYou can also check the call log for historical data on credit consumption. Each call will show the cost and the duration.
