URGENT - Vapi Voice Provider not working

All of our assistants using Vapi’s default voice provider are failing. The call logs show the error “voice_id does not exist.” How can this be? because the voice was selected directly from the available voices in the Vapi dashboard.
Please help us resolve this ASAP.
