MCP tools are not used properly

Previously, if we send the type mcp to the assistant, the tool calls were calling function based on the mcp get_tools. However, since few days ago, the assisstant seems to use mcp_tools like a regular function instead of mcp server. Nothing changed on the backend side, not sure what's going on in here.
