VAPI + GCP Google Cloud Storage Problem
Hi Vapi , related call ID: Call ID: 019a7770-c9a8-7117-9698-98cf509fdfd3. ISSUE: I have setup GCP as Integration, storing Audio Recordings and Logs. Files are stored and it is working fine. However only Audio can be listened to in Vapi Dashboard with no problems. It retrieves it correctly from GCP Storage Bucket. BUT "LOGS" is displaying this error message, despited being stored in same GCP bucket, same folder as audio. For testing purposes I have even set the whole bucket to public accesss (there is nothing confidential in it atm) and opening in browser works 100% correct, even for non authenticaed user! But not in VAPI! Check yourself use the link in the jpeg in your browser. But tbh it can´t be I need to set it to public access, so all internet can see my recordings (and does not show logs still?) Access rights are granted on bucket level, so as VAPI can write there AND retrieve all VOICE AUDIO, why can´t it retrieve logs? Can you please help? See screenshot for error message (which is misleading as you can access it now that I have set to public access...).
