Twilio vs Telnyx
Hey guys! I recently acquired Italian numbers from Twilio and Telnyx and I need some help. In Twilio I was able to acquire an Italian number but they only offer toll-free numbers which get really expensive, which is why I decided to check Telnyx which offered local numbers and had cheaper rates.
I got the number from Telnyx but and hooked it up to my VAPI agent, but when dialing the number, it seems like the line is just "busy". I'm also seeing a number of problems with Telnyx with latency based on some posts in this community. Does anyone have more insights on Telnyx numbers here especially for Italian numbers?
