Twilio voice quality issues

We are experiencing issues with the Twilio vocie quality. We are currently using a setup, where we accept the twilio call using a webhook on our backend, then create a call in vapi using the phoneCallProviderBypassEnabled flag and returning the twiml generated by vapi back to twilio (https://docs.vapi.ai/calls/call-handling-with-vapi-and-twilio#solution).
