Why isn’t the PCAP file showing up in the call details?
I'm trying to make calls and figure out what the problem is with the transfer because it's not working. However, the PCAP file doesn’t appear, so I can’t see the call trace.

I am using a custom SIP trunk, but I can´t see any option to enable the pcap file.

To generate a PCAP file for call debugging, you can follow these steps from the Vapi documentation:
1. Use the provided API endpoint to retrieve the call details.
2. The response will include a
pcapUrl field. Download the PCAP file using this URL and open it in Wireshark for detailed analysis.
3. In Wireshark, you can filter for SIP transfer packets using:
