Cant get assistant to send transcript and data collection to custom webhook
I have created a basic ai assistant to capture data from missed calls for my business. I do not see any transcript of the call after talking to AI. Webhook is successful but i cant see a transcript.

Hi! I can help figure out why your assistant isn’t showing transcripts. Which STT provider are you using, and is transcription enabled in your workflow? Once I know, I can guide you on capturing and sending transcripts via your webhook.

Hi, could you please provide a call id where you experienced this issue? We would like to review the logs to identify the cause. Also, for the webhook are you referring to the end-of-call report?
