Critical issue with VAPI – Calls terminated with error 487

I’m experiencing a critical issue with the system.
When sending calls to VAPI, they remain silent and do not respond. After several attempts, the issue persists.
I’ve checked and noticed that VAPI is returning a 487 Request Terminated response.
