Help with multiple tools
Hi, would anyone be able to just give me a few tips on where I am going wrong.
I have the call transfer tool setup to do a warm transfer, and this is working fine.
I also have a google sheet where I want to create records of calls that have been transferred, so I have a google sheet tool which is setup to do this.
However it seems that only one tool can run at once. So the call transfer tool is running, but then the google sheet tool will not run. I've tried saying in the description "use this tool before transferring" and also "use this tool when a transfer is completed". I don't know what to do?
