Neha voice
Request to bring back the “Neha” voice.
We closed a client deal based on that demo and now the voice is deprecated, which is a critical blocker. Cloning isn’t matching the original.
There is clear demand for Neha’s voice in the market, especially in the Middle East and South East Asia. It’s extremely frustrating to see such a great voice deprecated — Neha has generated opportunities for us and, in turn, for Vapi.
We want to understand the rationale behind this. Our customers absolutely loved it.

Thank you for reaching out about the “Neha” voice. We had to remove it due to copyright restrictions, and unfortunately, there are no current plans to bring it back.
We understand this may be disappointing and appreciate your understanding. If there’s a specific use case or tone you’re aiming for, we’d be happy to suggest alternative voices that could fit your needs.
