[URGENT] custom knowledge base not used

I've setup a custom knowledge base using weavite - and I see the documents response on vapi dashboard under webhooks as well, but the assistnat is not using the returned information.

Can you suggest how to make it use the info?
Maybe some specfic prompt guidelines, or does it need a higher similarity score or something?
