Assistant not hearing clients

Hello.
I have this issue for a long time. Sample call ids:
  • 019a102c-899c-744a-962a-28ecd63f472d
  • 019a102a-1595-7aa5-a19b-ac48e4d881b9
  • 019a0ba9-7f60-722d-8c5b-30c03369a23d
    On the recordings i hear the client speaking but the assistant just keeps saying "Do you hear me?"
    The issue is ongoing for months. Still no solution.
    I use SIP Trunk in AWS Frankfurt with a Bulgarian SIP provider.
