Incoming Call to ring before agent answers
Hey guys,
I am new to this voice agent thing and I have a twillio number that I am getting routed to Vapi and that is all working fine. But I would like the phone to ring a couple of times before the agent answers so it is more realistic. Is that possible? Currently as soon as a customer presses call then agent is on the end of the call.
