SIP Call Initialization Delay
Hi Vapi Support,
Straight to the point; Is there anything we can do to speed up SIP call response to guarantee a sub 2000ms call initialization?
We're currently experiencing an issue where some SIP calls take over 2450ms to engage, paired with an auto dialler system we're far exceeding OFCOM regulations for call delay resulting in abandoned calls.
We're using the Vapi free SIP addresses and they work fantastic 99% of the time. But we're getting a 1% drop rate due to timeout (at what appears to be peak usage times).
