[Urgent] Concurrency limit reached despite having <10 active calls
We are heavy vapi users, could you please reset our concurrency limits for our three organizations?

Despite having zero active calls, the metric dashboards indicate that we have several calls going on for each organization, it never goes to zero. And in practice, it seems we are limited to ~7-8 concurrent calls instead of the advertized 10 calls. Seems that we have an issue with ghost calls or there is some sort of offset?
