User voice input not transcribed at all
Hello, we've experienced bugs where some User voice input were not trasncribed at all , therefore the agent was never aware that the user answered or spoke.
This happened in CallId: 0199e377-c770-733c-9efc-6410ee208b4f at the 2:02 minute mark.
This is not the first time this happens and was wondering what can cause this and how we could fix this, since it greatly affects the user experience.
In the recording, we can see the user voice input is really clear, but no transcription reached the LLM model....

To troubleshoot missing user transcriptions, start by reviewing the Call Logs in your Vapi dashboard:
1. Go to

Observe > Call Logs
and locate the affected call (use the CallId and timestamp).
2. Check for any error messages, missing transcript segments, or tool execution issues at the 2:02 mark.
3. If you see gaps or errors, also review the API Logs for authentication or payload problems.

@Vapi Team can someone look at this.
I see no errors in logs at that time. No transcription logs either when there should be.
