Automatically updating the knowledge base

I wanted to automate the kb update and there’s no ‘update knowledge base’ endpoint anymore in the api section, what’s the right way to keep my KB up to date, should I upload a new file with POST /file and then update the Query tool/assistant each time, or use a Trieve-backed KB and just upsert records into my dataset? Given frequent updates, which option is best in practice?
