Concurrent calls - press release
Hi Folks,
I'm looking to release our AI solution to our customers, to let them know about the technology we will be sending out a mailshot (approx 3k users).
I've shown a small handful and everyone has been super excited and I've managed to sign up 3 out of 3 so far.
In the mailshot, we're going to provide a demo Twilio number for our customers to call and see the AI in operation.
I'm happy to eat the call costs and AI costs on this (obviously, I'll monitor), my main concern is around customers having a bad experience if more than 10 customers call at once. I believe that's the standard maximum concurrency call rate?
So...
Also, what's the best way to handle billing for this when I go live? Would it make sense for each of my customers to create their own VAPI accounts? Or can I setup some kind of agency account?
Thanks!

So...
- Am I overthinking this and should I just push it out and hope I only ever have a max of 10 customers calling at the same time
- Ask for a 1-2 day increase in the concurrency limit? If so, how do I request this and how much will it cost
- Any other ideas?
