high latency of about 4-5 seconds

Hi!
I see very high latencies for several calls:
0199c8d1-ab10-788f-9279-3ebd1859f6b3
0199c84b-3045-722b-9b71-5b75c9b87f9e
0199c845-831e-7dda-854e-810de95ba123

The configuration I use is attached. We go via a Twilio Phone Number.
Any recommendations?

Your configuration chain is too too long. Each hop is adding latency. Try cloud termination for SIP. Let me know if you need help.
