Need transcripts from calls but calls are getting automatically deleted.
I'm using make.com to update the assistant, create the call, and get the call info.
However, when grabbing the call info the transcript is not included in the bundle.
I went and checked call logs and they are being deleted for whatever reason.
I don't have Hipaa enabled.
I've checked my settings on the create call and did not find anything that suggests deleting the call once its over.
