background noise turned off but still there

We have The Voice Configuration -> Additional Configuration -> Background Noise set to 'off' but when we call the 'default' is still palying (office space).
We tried even setting it to a silent mp3, but, still no, anytime w call her, it's using the background noise.
May I ask how exactly to turn this off if the dashboard is showing off and it still isn't working?
