Unable to connect to sales team and requesting to reduce cost-per-minute from 0.05$ to 0.02$

I’ve been trying to get in touch with the sales team regarding an enterprise plan, but haven’t been able to connect yet.
We are planning to scale usage to ~13,000 minutes per month initially (with growth up to 18,000) and would like to request a revised per-minute rate of $0.01 (down from $0.05) based on this committed volume.
Additionally, we are working on integrating Vapi.ai with Voiceflow and would appreciate guidance or resources to ensure a smooth setup.
